It was great to hear first-hand from our customers about their experiences in dealing with NTT, their needs and their desires. The information from Gartner was very interesting and refreshing. It empowered staff in order to solve problems in innovative ways. The presentations from our partner carriers provided us a deeper understanding about that many carriers throughout the world are facing the similar challenges at different phases depending on their development.
The feedback from Colt and Interoute was very positive. I enjoyed the Arcstar Carrier Forum in Tokyo very much, and I hope to return in 2015.
