Dolce&Gabbana Shanghai Events with Lin Dan - Viva La China

Dolce&Gabbana, in honor of Mr Lin Dan, the two-time Olympic badminton gold medal winner, hosted Viva La China, a lavish dinner for 300 guests followed by an extravagant after party at the Shanghai Exhibition Center on March 19, 2015.

The designers, Mr Domenico Dolce and Mr Stefano Gabbana, arrived at the event with Lin Dan celebrating the launch of the book, Lin Dan, photographed by Mr Dolce, and Ms Naomi Campbell. The party was the talk-of-the-town in Shanghai with a list full of A-list celebrities and supermodels across Asia including Carina Lau, Sunny Wang, Qi Qi, and Wyman Wong as well as local celebrities and supermodels including Li Chen, Ni Ni, Du Juan, Zhao Lei, Song Ning, Qi Xi, Ming Dao, Zhang Hui Wen, Danni Li, as well as the Luu Brothers. In attendance also included local and regional key socialites and press and top clients of Dolce&Gabbana.

At the after party, the DJ set off the beat with lounge music. Taking inspiration from Dolce&Gabbana’s Spanish influence as seen in the Spring/Summer 2015 collections, dancers performed on stage to further enhance the party mood for over 1,000 guests.

With unique Russian-style inspired architecture characteristics, the Shanghai Exhibition Center was transformed into a dazzling world of Dolce&Gabbana, creating a very memorable night in Shanghai.
