Both are cadets in Tuskegee NEXT, a Chicago-based program that provides an early path to aviation careers for at-risk youth ages 16-20. Now with $25,000 from the American Airlines Flight School Grant Program, they hope to be able to reach students as young as 8. http://bit.ly/2v5LhsA
