Liao Baoxiu, an expert on ceramics, has studied ceramic ware for nearly 40 years at the National Palace Museum in Taipei. Many outstanding issues in the history of Chinese tea drinking have been solved by her research. At the beginning of this year, the Beijing Palace Museum publishing house published a collection of more than 30 years of research findings of hers — “ (Tea Ware and Tea Affairs through the Ages)”, and we had an honor to talk with her.
