Thirty-six years ago, Mark stumbled upon a cave while hiking in the Blue Mountains in the suburb of Sydney. He liked it immediately, and spent three years pursuading the owner to sell him the cave. Later, Mark lived alone in the cave for a year because of family accidents. After the experience, he decided to make the cave, in which he feels secure, a bed and breakfast and listed it on Airbnb.
