Blue Wing is a program that gives wings to Changemakers working to transform society. In 2015 the Blue Wing program is partnering with Ashoka Japan, an organization that supports people who are working to change society by addressing problems at their roots, and which strives to create an environment where anyone can become a Changemaker.
