When we first sat down with the team at Prince George Hospice they shared so many amazing stories of the work they do, and families they support through some very difficult times. One of the prevailing ideas was that Hospice care can be sad but wonderful. Live With Dying is a campaign we developed to help showcase how Hospice helps make life’s last moments special.
