To promote LG’s new smart phone G2, we created a whole new way of making banners relevant to mobile users. The banners detect what device you are using, compare it to the LG G2 and customize the message accordingly. The banners appeared in Scandinavian HTC’s, Samsung’s and iPhones.
The LG G2 Smartbanners message spread globally to over +7.000 influential blogs and newspapers (like Cnet, Engadget, Business Insider, Times of India, Heavy, Yahoo, Android Community etc) which gave LG some well earned PR. Estimated PR value = 4.3 million Euro. Earned media with a reach of 184 millions.
