Two days after winning the Tokyo Marathon with a course-record time of 2:02:40, marathon legend Eliud Kipchoge returns to his home in Kaptagat, Kenya. It’s a place where Eliud is focused on making impact as an environmentalist and conservationist, using his foundation to grow 50,000 trees in the immediate locale, in order to leave behind a healthier world for his family and future generations.

Our new series “What Are You Working On” uncovers the works in progress happening around the world as athletes navigate journeys in and beyond their sport.
