It was a pleasure to collaborate with regular collaborator and friend @lucresojanin on this great commercial for Honda's cordless range of garden tools.
For this project, we were asked to create a music track with the sounds of the actual tools.
We recorded the machines in the studio but also in a garden situation to create a rich bank of sounds and built a track from it.
The challenge with this process was to create enough dynamics and variations that would carry the viewer to the last shot without sounding too repetitive. It was a lot of fun to play with those sounds and build a rhythm, hit by hit, to accompany Luc's beautiful images, and we're really happy with the results.
