Give to myself 50 year later

we all living in a growing world , booming development help us to live a longer lifespan , but we still feel not happier than ever before ,especially related to our mind . So i think if i can give anyone of you a tip what's going on in this crazy "Aging" world by using visual information data to explain ( I do all research in China and all about China) . And after that impersonal things then i made a story of me about my 50years future . A Short story contain sum of advice and needy to do in future aging world , these advices were followed by my age growing .
