COLOR.
Such a packed word.
It take a whole new meaning these days, especially for us colorists as we deal with COLOR every day.
We need to SEE color. We need to UNDERSTAND color. We need to APPRECIATE color. We have to SUPPORT color, to FEATURE color, to PRESERVE color. We need to HIGHLIGHT color.
While as colorists we deal mainly with the technical, we ultimately want to enhance and transmit the emotion in the story. The fear, the horror, the sadness, the joy, the fun, the grief, the helplessness, the rage, the victory.
Ultimately, we have to understand how much power there is in COLOR.
