Nearly the entire catalog of Sunny can now be found on Hulu, and FX wanted to get out the word. For this campaign, we pulled inspiration from classic supermarket circulars — loud typography and exclamatory, saturated imagery, just like the Gang. To top it off, no circular is complete without a slightly terrifying mascot, our very own Sun Man™.
The hero graphic spot is bold, energetic, unadulterated Sunny. We crafted a design and animation system that’s flexible for an evergreen campaign as the FX and Hulu marketing initiatives evolve — mortises, title cards, roto’d elements, and, of course, plenty of beloved Sunny Easter eggs.
