The star of History’s long running series Pawn Stars is a bit of a “Rick of All Trades.” To be successful in the pawn business, he needs to know a little bit about everything. History needed to amp up the energy for a :30 clip spot for the upcoming premiere of Pawn Stars’ new season. Using the show’s illustrative key art as a springboard, we first designed and animated hero title cards plus the endpage sequence to give the piece structure. From there, we enhanced footage with graphic scribbles and cel graffiti - adding that little bit of customization to make it one-of-a-kind.
