Each Mitsouko Absolu 17 bottle is the result of five days of intense craftsmanship, blown by hand by Jeanne Briand and her colleagues in their French studio. 45 minutes are required to blow the glass, before leaving the bottle to cool overnight. Next, the shape of the neck where the stopper will nestle is molded by hand, and the imprint that will become the stopper is sculpted. Each bottle is then fired over the course of three days, before being polished for hours to perfect its finish.
