This shoot was rather exciting... exciting in that way that is slightly terrifying... as we are so reliant on the rig.
The rig from Artem did of course work after a few days prep and rehearsal. The actors were strapped in safely as the rig moved, and the effect is a rather nice in camera one. Post techniques of rig removal and a small amount of set extension were used, but this is mainly in-camera.
I know the director would have preferred for the artists to have more movement, but the client was very clear that this was to be all about control and elegance.
