Shot on location in Cape Town, we showcase BMW's range of 'X-series' off-road cars 'conquering' a variety of terrains as we escape the city. The concept behind the commercial was to feature grand 'Xs' along the way. We employed a visual technique of creating them from elements within the landscapes as well as seeing them form as a whole from disjointed parts using an in-camera parallax effect.
