Solving challenges isn’t gender-related.

Even though women have always played a key role in science-related fields, they are still a minority in the areas known as STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Gender stereotypes and prejudices play a big role in the way young girls see some of these professional career options.

SEAT is currently one of the companies in the automotive sector with the highest number of women, who represent 21% of the workforce.

We are continually dedicated to encouraging young women to realise they are essential for meeting future challenges.

As the International Day of Women and Girls in Science approaches, we brought together Paqui and Jana, two women from different generations that have the same passion: to build a better future through science.
