Long winter months can be challenging for any car, and that includes plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles.

At SEAT we’ve put together some tips on how to take care of your car in the cold. Charging the car while it’s still warm is a really useful way of boosting the battery system. Other things to keep in mind are turning on the ignition in combustion mode, driving smoothly or pre-heating the interior of the car.

Those are just some ideas to ensure you’re beating the chill and getting the most out of your plug-in hybrid.

The new SEAT Leon e-HYBRID offers a driving range of up to 64km and it can be fully charged in only 5 hours.
