A holiday collaboration with the Mill+ animation team. We designed, animated, and printed out every frame of animation. For the final pieces we used practical candle light to project shadows of the animation on the wall behind - here's a timelapse sequence of testing the stencils out. Shot over a couple hours then dropped frames to let the sequence play down in "real time".
