The dream job for us dream makers! After initially helping out with the pitch, James Allen & Mike Skrgatic at Time Based Arts wanted me to create concept work for their first directing piece: a set of idents for Honda's Film On 4 sponsorship and a 90'' spot. As the idea revolved around the inner creative process of film making, they wanted to feature as animation the steps of the concept design process involved in designing the final robot for the City ident. The brief for the robot evolved from friendly to more ominous while avoiding the classic Transformer's look. I was also involved in producing hand drawn typography elements for all the idents and the end logo animation. Amazing to be part of this team of super talented people and as always a real treat working with James, Mike and everyone at TBA.
