KT’s characters, IO and IT; we wanted them to have the emotions to exchange with users before they play the roles as the messengers of the company. To define and exchange the personalities of characters, we created somewhat exaggerated facial expressions. And considering the next step, we standardized the facial expressions of IO and IT. ‘Nice to meet you’ is also an expression aimed at friendly introduction to characters.
