The American University in Cairo | Egypt

In February 2020 the American University in Cairo (AUC) held a gala event in Cairo celebrating its centenary. We were invited to produce the visual content for the mapping show which was the climax point of the whole event and the first mapping project of such scale in whole Egypt.
Our first project in Africa turned out to be a great start of the studio’s expansion into the new continent. A breathtaking time-travel journey, inspired by Egypt’s history and architecture spanning millennia, was shown on the facade of the new university campus building.
