Have you ever heard about new psychoactive substances a.k.a. NPS? Marketed as “legal highs”, they are posing a significant risk to public health and a challenge to drug policy. Together with Lithuanian Drugs, Tobacco and Alcohol Control Department we created a whiteboard animation that explains this difficult problem in a distinctive way.
