This was an amazing project for a lover of problem solving. We heavily prevised this project and then built a practical, two story set and a second large elevated set with a spinning globe on a stage in Cape Town, South Africa. The most mind bending challenge for me was figuring out how to get a full sized man to hand off a diamond to a pair of tweezers in a hand shot on a miniature set, all with a massive crane move and without a repeatable camera. A big thanks to both directors for being so collaborative in our work. This was an amazing experience all around.
