Christopher Martin is a multidisciplinary artist exploring the African American diaspora through his work. He works in tattoo, illustration, and handsewn banners—all connected by his logo-like images that weave a story of African American culture and history. He shares his work through a montage of the visions, dreams, and nightmares of reclaiming and dismantling white supremacy. Chris creates artwork that blends references to the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade with the Americana tattoo style, reframing the narrative and establishing a presence of Black culture and history with his images.
